Unable to view the credentials

hello,
i am using latest version of traction to issue credentials to holder using api from swagger,i am able to view credentials using swagger of holder but when i refresh the ui of holder tenant ,i am unable to view issued credential under credentials section and also i am unable to see issued transactions under issuance of issuer tenant
