facing ssl issue with custom ledger

@rahulbatham767 have you tried removing all containers and starting over? It might also have been a temporary issue with Ngrok's certificates, or maybe the ngrok session associated to that endpoint expired. Either way, not really an issue with Traction, I believe.

yes im facing issue while sending credential to my android wallet

As suggested earlier, please try fully stopping/removing running containers and restarting them. This looks like an issue with ngrok, we only run the container to create the tunnel so I don't really have any other recommendations.
