This PR adds settings for dependabot and adds a workflow for auto merging dependabot PRs that pass the test workflow. These are changes I have tested in my fork at http://github.com/acalcutt/node-pre-gyp-github/ to keep the dependencies updated.
This requires a few setup steps after merging
1.) I set up rules that require the CT tests to pass in my fork, so it would not automerge non-passing PRs. I set up my branch protection rules like this
2.) I hade to browse to the
.github/dependabot.ymlin the github web UI. On that page was a link to actually configure it, which allowed it to start working.Note, I removed Coveralls. I am not sure if you want that but it linked to a page that didn't exist when testing so I assumed it wasn't working. I can put it back if needed.
