I just found unexpected interesting owed data in report. Maybe it can help you to find the bug.
For interest_owed = total_interest - total_pool_distribution, as total_interest is increased, the interest_owed should also be increased. However, it is decreased. It should have something wrong with total_interest calculation or total_pool_distribution calculation.

The program didn't stop calculating staking after user cancel lease.
For example, this case http://vsys.peercoin-library.org/rewards_report/ARHyBquEznSjSJWBEFPCsxrGPpih596TbVW.html
The user canceled lease at hight 8674511. He should not get minting reward after 8674511. However, he get full reward as previous week at height 8823741. The expected reward should be about 5.69, not 92.18320408.
