[Bug]: Race condition on branch rename stops execution of prompt

Bug description

Seem to have run into some kind of race condition. I supplied my prompt and the system renamed my branch but then stopped stating Ready for the next task.

I guess this is Codex, correct? I haven't yet figured out exactly why this happens, but sometimes you have to prompt codex again for it to actually figure out what to do - kinda strange

@mpociot Yes it's Codex. I also submitted a bug where it didn't actually change the branch and ended up pushing changes to my default branch. I believe these are related as the agent stops when trying to create/rename a branch. The latter bug is more important as I had to strip out a bunch of commits in order to review them.
