[Bug]: Sequential thinking output missing

Bug description

When sequential thinking is running, I cannot view the contents of sequential thinking.

Steps to reproduce

1. Make sure sequential thinking is installed: https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/servers/tree/main/src/sequentialthinking
2. instruct claude to always use it.
3. You wont see the output.
