rRNAs & tRNAs annotation problem

Hi! Many thanks for your work it really helps me !
I have some issues with rRNA & tRNA annotation, in result file some rnas overlap with
with genes. Did you solve it?

In the next BG7 version rRNA and tRNA will have preference and the overlapping protein coding genes will be dismissed.
