AutomaticQualityControl

Performs an automatic quality control in some results selected randomly from the final XML file. The jar file can be downloaded here.

Arguments for the program:

Gene annotation XML filename
Reference protein set (.fasta)
Output TXT filename
Initial Blast XML results filename (the one used at the very beginning of the semiautomatic annotation process)
