Performs a really basic (still useful) quality control in the final results XML file. The jar file can be downloaded https://github.com/pablopareja/SemiautomaticGeneAnnotation/raw/master/jars/BasicQualityControl.jar.

Arguments for the program:

XML filename with the initial predicted genes
XML filename with the genes removed by the program Remove duplicated genes
XML filename with the resulting genes file after removing duplicates
Output TXT filename (results of the basic quality control)
