Generate fasta files

Generates two multifasta files for the genes that have been predicted by the end of the process. One including the nucleotide sequences and other with the amino acid sequences. The jar file can be downloaded here.

Arguments for the program:

1. Predicted genes XML input filename
2. Output fasta file including the nucleotide sequences
3. Output fasta file including the amino acid sequences
