Bitrise 2.10.1 doesn't open recent bitrise.yml downloaded from console

I have the bitrise 2.10.1 installed in my machine, but when I try to open the recent bitrise.yml file downloaded from console, this erros ocours:

Validation error: Validation failed: Config validation error: The bitrise.yml has a higher format version (13) than the bitrise CLI supported format version (12), please upgrade your bitrise CLI to use this bitrise.yml
