Sync/Loading Overlay Doesn't Cover Fully.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to Bitwarden.
2. Click on Sync button on the right corner three-dot button. Or
3. Click any login card and try to change or check PW breach.
4. See the issue.

Expected Result

The loading/syncing overlay must completely cover the screen. The uncovered area will become clickable because of this.

Actual Result

The loading/syncing overlay doesn't fully cover the screen and leaves the area clickable.
