I watched Netflix on a PS5 via a Taiwan node. Non-original titles showed the error: “It looks like you’re using an unblocker or proxy. Please turn off any of these services and try again.”
Using Surge packet capture, I found traffic to an IP that was being routed by the catch-all (“Final”) rule rather than the Netflix rules. After adding that IP to my local list, playback worked.
This PR adds the relevant range to the Netflix list. For simplicity, I added the entire 119.31.191.0/24 subnet (254 addresses).
