Plugins development docs are missing

The all three links at https://blinko.mintlify.app/en/ecosystem/blinko-plugin#development are redirecting to the home screen. For example https://blinko.mintlify.app/plugins/get-started

It seems that was removed, but it could never have been created as well

The plugin development documentation links are currently broken, and there isn't a formal guide available in the repository or docs. The README in app/tauri-plugin-blinko is empty and doesn't provide any guidance or instructions for plugin development link. At the moment, the only way to learn about plugin development is by exploring the code in the tauri-plugin-blinko directory and reverse-engineering its structure and implementation. There are no centralized docs, examples, or developer notes elsewhere in the codebase.
