Allow Notes dragging

Currently, Notes and Blinkos can’t be rearranged, making organization and prioritization kind of difficult

Allow drag-and-drop for Notes and Blinkos so users can quickly reorder notes

Describe alternatives you've considered
Sorting by date or using tags, but these are less flexible than direct reordering

Additional context
Drag-and-drop is standard in productivity tools like Trello and Notion, and would make Blinko more intuitive
