There is some objective measure of signals regarding the uptake and usage of the product.

- Awareness - page views, issues opened
- Acquisition - develop an easy way for people/agencies who are using it to note (eg: by adding their name to a GitHub issue as a comment)
- Retention - the playbook asks users to signal when they're done, and getting feedback
- Referral - the playbook would ask if a user was referred, or if a user would refer somebody. this information comes to the BWG lead
- Revenue - may or may not be applicable. but, instead, this could be
