Fred, colleagues. As the Chairman for the Government Blockchain Association (GBA) for FL and Miami; the Cryptocurrency Taskforce Chairman of Miami-Dade County would like to debrief state and local government on the progress made on this playbook with ACT-IAC as part of my recommendation.

Would it be okay to explore a conversation to repurpose this and build this playbook to consider state and local?

I'm going to propose a collaboration for us on this with Code for America local branch, Code for Miami + GBA along with local gov, academic, public and private input.
