- 페이지 리사이징은 스켈레톤 UI에서 담당(useSkeletonPage 훅) - 기존 리사이징 로직(usePage훅) useSkeletonPage 훅으로 분리 - 리사이징이 완료되면, 해당 사이즈를 실제 페이지에 적용해 렌더링 최적화
