Feature suggestion: custom locale

It would be great if we could set the locale to use custom options.

I like to work with dates in ISO format (YYYY-MM-DD), decimal point, and a custom thousand separator such as ', because the comma in German can lead to confusion (because it is usually used as a decimal separator).

Sorry for the delayed response. I am working on implementing a new locale system which will include some customization as you requested. I don't have a timeline yet but stay tuned! Thank you for the feedback.
