How to activate the LDAP/Active directory authentication/with Apache guacamole docker

I installed apache Guacamole as instructed in this repo for docker.
Everything is okay, I also tested the MFA plugin.

My concern now is how to activate and test the LDAP/Active Directory authentication ?
