Running Firefox within Wine will probably give a worse experience than just resorting to other alternatives for watching HD video on Firefox on native Linux that I'm not allowed to mention, if you can even get it running. If you want to debug this further, run it with the terminal and go from there. The logs will tell you what's breaking. |

You could maybe try to use the extension 'Chrome Mask' it makes it so some sites that dont work with firefox can work because of chromium, and if you open whatsmybrowser.org you can see it also says its windows, so maybe that could work :) |

I have been trying to get firefox to work in bottles flatpak for a few days now. I can get it to open now but then it crashes after 10 sec. I think I might be missing some windows pkg but I have no idea what.
The reason i want to run it in bottles an not use the native app? You cant stream Amazon, Netflix etc in hd on linux. So I wanted to try via bottles.
Anyone have an idea? I installed firefox using the windows installer from the website. using the latest soda and vk an such wine it set to windows 11 cause with 10 it would insta crash.
