Not all games have icons in the library. How can I fix the icon so that it appears in the library? I have bottle flatpak installation on ubuntu 24

Library lost the icons long ago. Do you mean the cover arts?
Bottles gets the cover arts from SteamGridDB and some of them just don't have it. You can set them manually with my archived guide:
