Bottles Flatpak CachyOS game window cannot be clicked

Hi there and thanks beforehand for reading.

I am using Bottles (flatpak because the distro one was fubared) for some time now to play world of warcraft classic.

In the past week or so, on both of my machines (one has nvidia, one has amd) after some kind of an update, I cannot click on the game window anymore and if I have other windows on the same workspace, they get clicked instead. It is like the game window is transparent or non existent or something. I can only close the window.

Using Gnome on Wayland and always with latest CachyOS updates installed. Everything else works just fine with the system.

For the warcraft bottle I was/am using ge-proton9-27, dxvk2-2.6.1, vkd3d-proton-2.14.1, vulkan, discrete graphics on and Fsync.

I have tried playing around with these settings but either have the same issue or even worse cannot even start the game's launcher!
