Curation suggestions

One idea: A section for apps we'd like to see curated, each entry to be removed once the app lands in the curation section. Even with minimal, sub-bronze, success.

Or, if something like this already exists, I have yet to find it and it needs much better PR.

There is the "programs" repository where people can suggest the installers that Bottles should include:

I don't think it needs to be added to the Bottles. Once the program gets an approved installer it will show up in Bottles, but before it's not really needed (unless you count for testing)
