Stats on instructions, syscalls, ... per block execution just like RSP and SP1

rsp-subblock provides a nice table of instruction and syscalls encountered for proving a block. We need this feature Zeth too. A sample log is provided here:

Have you tried RISC0_INFO=1 and RUST_LOG=info? It should print a similar table.

It is good. How about instruction level stats? e.g. 30m ADDs, 10m MULs, 2m LWs, ...
Asking to see if we can gather equivalent stats for different zkEVMs.

We don't yet have instruction level stats, but that's a good feature to add, we'll add it to our list.
