Remove the need for the status-check app status on the PR

Maybe we could move this feedback of what state the status-check app is in, on to the particular task that is running. Removing the need to introduce a new status check just for the app running in the background?

Yeah, might be better to:

1. First thing loop over all tasks, and create the status (with init comment back to PR).
2. Next is Business as usual (clone etc)
3. Next tasks are run happy days.
