Does Braintree work?

Hello everyone!
I am interested in any information that anyone has heard.
My general concerns are:

1. Braintree sales department is not responding, is there any other way to register Braintree Production?
2. Braintree Sandbox doesn't send Webhooks at all, except for the test check in the configuration.
3. Braintree support at https://developer.paypal.com/braintree/help - does not send anything!
   Does anyone have any ideas on how to overcome this?
