Describe the feature you'd like
At the end of every workout, one would typically increase the weights/reps/time that would need to be achieved for the next workout in order to attain progressive overload. Currently, this has to be done manually by editing the workout program after each exercise.
I'm proposing that fastnfitness implements automatic workout progression. Whenever a set is completed successfully, it will increment the weight/reps/time by a specific amount, and vice versa for set failures.
Perhaps you could use https://www.liftosaur.com/ as a possible inspiration on how this could be achieved.
