fix: link to fedulov github repo is broken due to it being a private repo

The second github link (https://github.com/compbiocore/fedulov_rrbs_data) is public, and shows up. However, the first link (https://github.com/compbiocore/Fedulov_porcine_rrbs) routes to a repository that is private. @j-stat @JRWallace, we should remove the link or make the repository public.
