BP-2260: Move all columns from order/quote/payment tables into separate tables

When doing this, please offer (or include in the module) a script / query to move the old data into the new structure, as it's cleaner to have all data in one place instead of multiple places. It's cleaner, but also better when working with data analysis software so you don't need to collect the same data from multiple places.
