Adding SSMS2017 Support
Correcting CSProject Build targets to x86, as the VB assemblies won't work in x64 anyway.
Fix: Set focus on search text edit on show window do not work

I have tested it on SSMS 2017.
I have fixed the hide window after action funtionality. It still don't work in 2016.
