Specifies the superelevation as a ratio measure (slope) at the location of the event.

Positive superelevation is used for curves to the right and negative for curves to the left. This is consistent with IfcProfileDef coordinate system (as depicted in [Figure 8.15.3.15.A](https://ifc43-docs.standards.buildingsmart.org/IFC/RELEASE/IFC4x3/HTML/lexical/IfcOpenCrossProfileDef.htm#Figure-8.15.3.15.A-Open-cross-profile) for IfcOpenCrossProfileDef). The cross section of a roadway surface with curve to the right have a favorable superelevation when the cross slope is downwards, towards the right. This would be considered a positive slope.
