OK, regarding the connection string in the connection, it is not available at this moment. However, I am gonna work with a solution that I can have this better defined. Currently, the default char set is UTF-8. FYI, here <https://github.com/byjg/anydataset-db/blob/master/src/PdoMysql.php#L29> is where I am setting the UTF-8 option.
