Support following roles:

Cadence Admin (can perform any action for any domain)
Domain Admin (can perform any action for an authorized domains)
Domain Viewer (can perform limited actions (e.g. read-only) for an authorized domain)
Public (a user without any authorization other than access to Cadence-web)
