chore(patch): upgrade note about jmx

Adds a note about the JMX update upgrade notes.
Only merge once PR in the docker repo is merged.

Question for reviewer:
It looks to me like the patch notes for a specific minor are backported to that minor, so these would go on master and 7.23. Is that correct?

As we discussed, this patch page is updated only if we backport the change (we won't in this case). A new page should be created for 722-to-723 here: https://github.com/camunda/camunda-docs-manual/tree/4962-jmx-update/content/update/minor

@yanavasileva Thanks, I've moved the content accordingly, ready for review now. Do we also already create the jboss and wildfly pages or can that wait until we have specific changes to document there? Do we backport to latest?

   You can already add them but also only adding the index file is fine.

2. Do we backport to latest?

   No, only if we need to release something immediately we backport to latest. This is not the case for this PR. This change will be release within the next alpha release (including to latest)
