Description

This PR fixed the exim4 authentication documentation. The existing docs were mixing up saslauthd and /etc/exim4/passwd authentication.
There is no new content added in the sense that we are not exploring other authentication mechanisms: just fixing the original intention of that page.

Part of the changes also adapt the text for ubuntu jammy 22.04 and older. Where things are different, it is highlighted.

The document was tested on jammy and noble only.

Really nice additions, thanks @panlinux. I've left some suggestions for polishing, but none are blockers. Pre-emptively approving.
