Products need the ability to provide white labeling to their users

• Name change in UI shell header replaces [IBM Product]
• Logo slot to replace [IBM Product] name
• Potential app icon

Design work:
Proposed specs/ideas for:

• Spec for swapping text
• Spec for swapping logo/image (size within header)
• Spec for swapping icon with text? (size within header)
• UX flow of how user changes the above
  • Reference Marion and Luke's existing, potential for improvements
• Account for theme change (light vs dark) how to help users upload multiple files if using a logo
