Bumping to 2.4.0 results in failing test so only bump to 2.3.0 in another PR #98 |

Index: 1, Size: 1(error) because of a bug org.jetbrains.intellij.platform and the fix is released in version 2.3.0.This also requires gradle version bump 8.5+.
