Paparazzi fails to render `Popup` in Compose 1.8

Description
Popup fails to render in Paparazzi Screenshots and only captures content under the popup window

Steps to Reproduce
Repro: PopupBug.zip

Expected behavior
Popup renders on screen

Additional information:

• Paparazzi Version: 1.3.5
• OS: MacOS 15.5
• Compile SDK: 35
• Gradle Version: 8.11.1
• Android Gradle Plugin Version: 8.10.0

Thanks for the repro project. I can confirm the latest BOM 2025.05.00/2025.06.00 does not render popup as expected.
Also reproducible on 2.0.0-alpha01

Looks like compose 1.8.0 may have changed how the window manager renders popup.
Without using RenderMode.SHRINK it renders in the correct location.
