Add Configuration Appears to Silently Fail?

Morning @Lomilar and team,

When adding a new Configuration, the UI doesn't seem to show the added configuration after adding it.

I was able to add a dummy one which can be queried, but it doesn't appear for me within the UI atm.

Is this intended behavior or is the visibility just a permissions issue?
