Can get nil returns for parameters of forecast

Can get returns that look like this:
<weather-conditions xsi:nil="true"/>

Probably time related. In 12-hour format the time periods are 6AM-6PM and 6PM-6AM. The problem was seen making a request at ~4:40PM in Pacific time zone for a zip code in Eastern time zone.

@acz13 I think so. Code currently works and just presents a blank for this condition. However, I'm thinking some form of alert or warning could be useful.
