Update Windows Binaries #14
Description
@cbalint13 : I would like to use gdal-segment in a research project. Would it be possible to update the Windows Binaries in GitHub.
They are from 2015, while the source code is from 2017. In the 2017 version, the -of parameter can be set to all GDAL driver formats (e.g. GeoJson, which we need), while in the 2015 version only Shapefiles are possible.
