make and makefile creation doesn't work #15
Description
Problem: I am trying to go throught the steps on https://github.com/cbalint13/gdal-segment/blob/master/INSTALL.md. After running cmake CMAKE_VERBOSE=1 -DOPENCV_EXTRA_MODULES_PATH=../opencv_contrib/modules -DCMAKE_SKIP_RPATH=ON ../ I got the attached error report.
Question: why there was no makefile file created? Moreover, it doesn't recognize the make function and I cannot continue.
Soft/Hardware: I am working on Windows 10, 64bit. I ran the script on the command prompt of Visual Basic 2019 ("x64 Native Tools Commmand Prompt for VS 2019")
I would be happy for any help!
