Imminent removal from ATM10 modpack due to Create and Curseforge

As we know, Create was released and there is a compat issue to be solved in order to run the mod.

• Incompatible with create 6.0.0 #2115

And due to CC: Tweaked not being updated anymore on CF, we will need to remove CC and all its addon to run Create, unless updated on CF.

CC is already an external dependencies that approved by CurseForge, no need to worry about that.

We understand it's on that list and appropriate it but have chosen to not use that list. It's no big deal if they decide against it but we just wanted to be courteous before removing.
