CC-AI Setup.

I'm having some trouble setting up a lua program for CC: Tweaked called CC-AI, it uses openai and implements a Ai Bot into the CC computer. It's giving me trouble with the initial pip install -r requirements.txt, telling me to install C++ Build Tools, but I already have them installed, without the server running, it can't connect to the In-Game Lua API. Any help? I will post screenshots in a few minutes.

python3 -m pip install -r requirements.txt

Is this what you're running in the second image? If not, copy-paste what I wrote and try that. Python shouldn't be needing anything else installer to work, if there's an issue with python still, try uninstalling it then reinstalling it.
