This appears the be a bug with the "cryptography" mod — they're mixing into CC:T's classes and breaking things.

the sad thing is i dont have any crytography mod installed

It's the file called cryptography-0.0.4.jar. It looks to be this mod.

i used computer craft in a ship but it crashed the game, now it keep crashing when i enter the world.

UPDATE

I now can enter the world using this mod: https://modrinth.com/mod/neruina

but it still crashing my game when interacting with the computer block
