according to testing the port isnt "open" to the computer (as per the results of the "test.lua" code

CC:Tweaked does not implement its own peripherals for other mods, this is an issue with Mekanism.

This was one of their member's response to the issue I made on their side about this exact issue

Yeah so you are not posting any useful information here either, what do you expect to happen / to see? what happened / you saw instead?

the code was supposed to tell info about the fission reactor using it's logic port, but all info the code using a wired modem got came back with "nil" cause apperantly the it's not open to the computer
this info was also given on the mekansim issue
you can see/ test yourself given the code i tried to run to see further what happened
they also told me that the 1.113 worked and only the 1.116 doesnt
this is why they told me this is an issue i should come here with

if you want to experience the issue for yourself the test.lua code should tell you
as that's also the code im working with
i have literally no other info other than knowing that apperantly its not "open" to the code/computer
