Renault R-Link 2 For Another Renault Car

Hello everyone. I'm working on the R-Link 2 system to be used in my Laguna 3 and other Renault vehicles. I've completed the wiring. Previously, I used CanHacker to read data from another vehicle, and based on that data, I'm trying to write code with Arduino. However, my software knowledge is limited, so I'm struggling.

Basically, here's what needs to be done:
In the Laguna 3, a wake-up message is sent via ID 35C, while on the R-Link system, this goes through ID 454. We need to prepare and run a code that will convert the messages coming from 35C into 454.

Is there anyone who can help me with this?
I'm currently running the system on a desktop setup.

Also, while I can access the display via ddt4all without any problems, I cannot access the r link. What could be the reason? Is it necessary to connect a 120 ohm resistor?
