Navigation Problem black screen

Hello guys, about 2 hours ago i've tried to update my navigation. I have a Renault Megane 4 from 2016. I had the 2.2.15.703 version on it and updated it to 2.2.19.300 and i was fine, but when i tried to update it from 2.2.19.300 to 3.3.16.980 i don't know what happened but it went black and its not working since, what should i do about it, is it still working, can i recover it if i put on the stick the 2.2.15.703 version? Can DDT4ALL do something about this?

@cata0824 if you blocked the unit in wrong upgrade it is end of unit life.
You have to search another new unit unlocked for replace it.

So in other words its cooked, how can i be sure im not blocking with an update the other unit im going to buy

@cata0824 yes, you bricked the unit.
Unfortunately, is nothing to redo if is dead unit.
From VIN can find out what unit you have in your car.
