- add missing parameters - truncation strategy, max parallel calls - fix model for tool choices by decoupling it from forceable tools. Tool choices for the create run differ from the ForceableTool hierarchy in that their model for functions contains just the name (forceable function tool has also description and parameters) - provide codecs for ToolChoice, RunTool, and ForceableTools instead of doing an ad-hoc serialization in OpenAIServiceImpl
